What does a TrainWyze Fitness Cycle look like?

AFTER we identify YOUR goals
You get your tracking and communication packet and we begin your training. I use experience from Division 1 Football, Military, Training with Olympians, Ultramarathon training, and more to tailor every part of your training cycle in a highly goal oriented efficient way
It’s not just workouts, we cover diet guidelines, the unseen tips, lifestyle blending, and mindset aspects as well
You will receive live updates to your Training Data Sheets based on assessments of your workout inputs, notes, and weekly check in calls. Below are some of the blank examples of what your training sheet structure will look like.

The weekly check in call gives the context and training time
Each week, we will have a check-in video call via ‘Zoom’ to discuss your progress, adaptations or modifications needed, goals, and train on topics and program building aspects to help you in your fitness future.
Communication with your coach
No need to wait for weekly check in call to communicate issues to your coach, add notes to your workout so it can be seen as soon as possible.
Training Cycles are in
3 month intervals,
separated into 4 phases.
How long do I need to be in a TrainWyze Training Program?
Minimum 3 months are required. The training cycles will not only give you the exercises you should do, it will help teach and prepare you to create your own training programs. It’s common to work with me for 9-18 months.
My goal as a coach is to train you how to build and sustain your own path to your goal when we go our separate ways
If you want to work with me longer to keep you on track and motivated to stay disciplined, that option is open, and I will continue to help cover this area of your life with expert assessments and directions.
What is the Basic Detail Description of a
TrainWyze Fitness Training Cycle?

During the 1st phase of your training cycle, we will assess your current fitness level and desired outcomes so the training cycle is created precisely for your situation.

Your plan is not a ‘cookie-cutter plan’. This will be fully customized to you and your goals. I use years of experience across multiple fitness functions and applications to assure your training time is spent as efficiently as possible to achieve your goals

Each week we will meet through video call to discuss your progress, assess your past week, deliver new training elements, and make any necessary changes to the upcoming week. During phase 1 and phase 4, these calls will be between 50 and 60 minutes. During phase 2 and 3, these calls will be 30-45 minutes and can even be audio only if it more convenient. Many clients will join the call while at the gym to get the most out of their time.

As a coach, I need as much data as possible to help you get the best results. When we start your program, we will use sheets for communications, tracking, and for storing training resources.

Plans often need to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, such as injuries, time constraints, equipment constraints, and too many to name. These changes will be made based off the communication during weekly check in calls and the fitness training sheets.

The goal is not to have you remain dependent on me to build your training plan. Through out the cycle, I will teach you the elements used to make your program so you will gain all the knowledge you need overtime to create routines for yourself that are effective and purpose made.

An increase in training, may also bring an increased risk of injury. Throughout the cycle, we cover exercises and modalities used to prevent injuries and increase overall stability. The end goal is to keep you injury free when you reach your desired outcomes.

Alongside your training program, you will receive dietary guidance and assessments to assure you eating and drinking foods that are in accordance with your goals.
