AFTER we identify YOUR goals

You get your tracking and communication packet and we begin your training.

I apply techniques acquired among various areas of physical fitness and performances, including Division 1 Football, Military, Training with Olympians, Ultramarathon training, and more. Every part of your training cycle is tailored to you and your current condition in a highly goal oriented way.


It’s not just workouts, I cover diet guidelines, the unseen tips, lifestyle blending, and mindset aspects as well

You will receive live updates to your Training Data Sheets based on assessments of your workout inputs, notes, and weekly check in calls. Below are some of the blank examples of what your training sheet structure will look like.

Live Fitness Sheet Comments

Each week, we will have a check-in video call via ‘Zoom’ to discuss your progress, adaptations or modifications needed, goals, and train on topics and program building aspects to help you in your fitness future.

No need to wait for weekly check in call to communicate issues to your coach, add notes to your workout so it can be seen as soon as possible. You may also send messages through text or Whatsapp

A Full Training Cycle is 3 months long, with adaptations made throughout, using real data

How long do I need to be in a TrainWyze Training Program?

Minimum 3 months are required, but monthly billing is available.

The training cycles will not only give you the exercises you should do, it will help teach and prepare you to create your own training programs.

My goal as a coach is to train you how to build and sustain your own path to your goal. Then you can choose when we go our separate ways or you continue working with me as a constant ally to reach your goals
